An architectural design of a Water Resource Experiment Center on the bank of the river near Bismark, ND. Functions include offices, a laboratory and an apparatus room which facilitate the experimentation of water and water related issues. An intensively planted green roof ties the building to the landscape. Zhaner panels clad the concrete structure which utilizes curved concrete beams to support the horizantal surfaces. The structural system emulates the flowing nature of water which creates a visually stunning ceiling condition.en_US
