Abstract
An economical and sustainable response for a religious organization to house worship services, fellowship, and disaster relief. The design is flexible as to be able to turn the whole building into a shelter if need be. Features include trombe walls, straw bale construction, double skin glazing, roof top agriculture, and recycled materials. Spaces include a disaster relief center, social hall, soup kitchen, permanent shelter housing, and education space. Location: Minneapolis, MN
