dc.description.abstract | This is a design solution for the Fargo City Hall parking lot between 2nd and 3rd street north, for a new Fargo city center that reconnects downtown to the Red River. The project includes a new urban design of the site, an ice skating rink, warming house, retail shops, residential, gazebo, and a science museum. The space also offers a large amount of green space for public use; the life of the river creeping back into downtown Fargo. | en_US |
