Abstract
PODs & MODs focuses on vocational trades schools, design build programs, entrepreuneurial maker space startups, modular shipping container builders and the manufacturing industry to investigate the issues companies are facing to meet current employment demands and the ways in which design build and modular, skillsbased learning envrionments can become a solution to equip tomorrow’s youth and decrease the American skills gap.
