History of 4H clubwork in home economics, Ramsey County, North Dakota, 1928 to 1968

Abstract
Agricultural and homemaking activities for boys and girls in clubs existed as early as 1910 in Ramsey County, North Dakota. The development of 4H clubwork emerged in later years and affected the lives of most rural families of the county. This study is a chronological account of the history of home economics 4H clubwork in Ramsey County through the years 1928 to 196S. The purpose of the study was (1) to trace the growth and expansion of the home economics 4H clubwork in Ramsey County from 1928 to 1968; (2) to record the chronological development of 4H clubwork, activities, and achievement; (3) to summarize the changes in home economics clubwork.
