Final Feasibility Report and Environmental Impact Statement

Abstract

This Final Feasibility Report and Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) documents the analysis of alternatives developed to reduce flood risk in the entire Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan area. The Selected Plan is the Locally Preferred Plan (LPP) and includes a North Dakota diversion channel (20,000 cfs), upstream storage and staging, associated structures, non-structural features, recreation features and environmental mitigation.
