He wears a boutonniere with wrapped stem – stem side up. Woman barely seated/ leaning on arm of chair at right. Her dress is satin with lace overdress having crossed fabric bodice. Wreath on front of veil. Veil has gathers on crown of head and falls straight to hem. Small flowers on wide sash at waist. Couple identified as Rudolph Peltz and Emma Bickel. Circa 1919. Inscribed on back of folder: “Rudolph Peltz/ Blue Grass.” Also included on back of mat is a photocopy of Rudolph Peltz’s obituary from 1981.
