Abstract State of Minnesota certificates (1893, 1902) certifying Pederson as a trained steam engine operator, and newspaper clippings which includes an article on the Hemnaes Lutheran Congregation of Christine, N.D. and on Anna (Arentsen) Pederson (1869-1954), his wife.

Abstract Letters, typed copy of his family reminiscence entitled "Dakota days of years ago," (38 leaves) and a newspaper clipping. Reminiscence includes mention of his family homestead in Cavalier County, a blizzard, pioneer days near Pembina, N.D., people and equipment involved in threshing, digging water wells, Olga, Bathgate, Beaulieu, and Walhalla, N.D., country school, churches, hunting, horses and horse-drawn vehicles, and removing tree stumps.

Abstract Newspaper clippings dealing with his career and P.D.Q. Bach. Includes an explanation of the fictional composer, P.D.Q. Bach, reviews of his 1979 concert at Concordia College Memorial Auditorium, Moorhead, Minn., a concert program from a 1961 concert at Central High School, Fargo, N.D. Also includes a flier for a 1970 concert held at Concordia College Memorial Stadium and other clippings.

Abstract Photographic prints by Leone M. (Sands) Johnson and acquired by her while attending the North Dakota Agricultural College (1925-1926) and teaching at Velva, N.D. (1926-1927).

Abstract The Plain Foods Co-op records document the activities of the store from 1975 to 2002, though the majority of the collection dates from the late 1980s and early 1990s. Although the collection consists of documents reflecting all aspects of the business, of primary significance is the nearly complete run of newsletters, published monthly from 1975 to 1991.
