Scope and Contents

From the Collection: Typed article on a unique threshing machine known as the Sageng Combination Gasoline Thresher, invented by Halvor Sageng, a Lutheran minister, of Dalton, Minn. The Sageng Threshing Machine Co. existed from 1908 to 1912, producing twenty-one machines. One machine was purchased by Martin Wilberg of Nome, N.D. Also includes a copy of a 1910 advertisement for the thresher.
