This collection contains the final page of a speech made by Bush when he visited Fargo, North Dakota on March 8, 2001. It also contains a ticket to the event. The reason that there is only one page of the speech is that it was left in the printer before he gave his speech at the Bison Sports Arena (now the SHAC).
