Scope and Contents

From the Collection: Two original typed reminiscences in which Pugh recounts his life, particularly after immigrating to America, coming to Bowman County, N.D. in 1908 where he homesteaded land, farmed, and worked on area farms and ranches. One reminiscence is titled 'From Merionethshire, Wales; to Bowman County, North Dakota' ... 'as told to Harry Graves.' The other reminiscence apparently was compiled in 1961 and also recounts his life experiences, but in greater detail.
