Biography

Norwegian immigrant, arrived in LaCrosse, Wisc. in 1887. First employed at Fargo Loan Agency (Fargo, N.D), then hired to organize the State Bank of Warren (Warren, Minn.). He purchased most of the Snake River Farm land, the livestock, and farm machinery in 1909 after the death of first owner.
