Biography

Son of C.C. (Charles Clyde) and Mary Emmaline (Hall) Talbott. Wed Velma Evelyn Theede in 1927. Farmed near Jamestown, N.D. Elected president of the North Dakota Farmers Union at the death of C.C. Talbott, his father, and then president of the Union, in 1937. Served as president of the North Dakota Farmers Union until 1961. They retired to Scottsdale, Ariz. She died in 1969.
