Article mentions early organizers A.W. Ricker of Saint Paul, Minn., and C.C. Talbott of Dickey County, N.D., North Dakota Farmers Union, and Northwest Producers Alliance. Paper assumed to be a student project done while attending North Dakota Agricultural College.
