North Dakota Grimm Alfalfa Association Records

Abstract In 1916, the Grimm Alfalfa Growers Association was organized by the North Dakota Agricultural College and the Experiment Station. The Association was the first to handle and sell the Grimm alfalfa seed cooperatively. The Grimm Alfalfa Association Papers consist of material related to the development of the organization and its business dealings including by-laws; accounting; advertising; a list of stockholders, and correspondence.

North Dakota Slide Collection

Scope and Contents The North Dakota Slide Collection consists of a wide range of images taken across the state of North Dakota in the late 1950s through the 1960s. The format of the collection is entirely color slides. During processing the original organization of the slides was reworked a bit. The agriculture, industry and business, wild animals, and sporting categories were kept although some of them received new names. The scenery category was split into two series, City and Town Views and Country Views....
