Scope and Contents The Frank Scott Photograph Collection was organized into four series: Frank Scott, WDAY Radio, Frank Scott’s bands, and Subject files. The images span from his youth in Fargo, N.D. and at WDAY Radio to his bands that performed in California and his association with Lawrence Welk. Abstract Rolly Hogue's Lawrence Welk Photograph Collection contains thirty-nine photographs that were taken from correspondence Rollie Hogue had with Lawrence Welk. The photographs cover the years from 1963 to 1983 and range in size from 3¼ x 3½ to 8x10 inches.
