Abstract Survey compiled as a student project which includes historical material, information on community organizations, church activities on Clement, N.D. Also includes numerous photographs and clippings of the Clement, Ellendale, and Oakes, N.D. communities.

Scope and Contents The photographs depict a wide variety of rural community, recreational and meeting centers located throughout the state. Other facilities include churches, tree groves, lakes, parks, picnic grounds & groves and schools. The photographs have been organized by type of facility and then subdivided by county, city and specific geographic location. This organization was developed by the archives staff.
