Young, who was president of the association, and L.M. Bond. Letter protests allotment to LaMoure County for reduction of hog numbers, alleges improper recording of hog numbers. Includes typed carbon copy of letter from North Dakota Corn-Hog Board of Review, signed by Ben Kienhotz, chairman, William Guy and Harry G. Anderson.
