Abstract The records of the Fargo Moorhead All-America City 2000 Committee concern the committee's successful campaign for Fargo, N.D. and Moorhead, Minn. jointly to be declared an All-America City in 2000. The campaign began in late 1999 and picked up speed in early 2000 when the sponsor organization, the National Civic League, declared Fargo Moorhead a finalist.
