Smith, Clothier

The advertising trade card is from before 1889, since it is Dakota Territory. Only one Smith is listed as a clothier prior to 1889 in the Fargo city directories; that being F. N. Smith in in 1882. He is listed as clothing, hats, caps, etc. at Broadway north of Continental Hotel.
