The Germans from Russia Heritage Collection (GRHC) is excited to announce that the first phase of our transformational renovation is complete. After months of work, we are ready to welcome back students, faculty, researchers, and community members to explore our extensive resources, see our new space, and learn more about what’s next for the GRHC.

The GRHC is home to a vast collection of materials preserving the history, culture, and genealogy of Germans from Russia. Whether you’re a student working on a project, an experienced researcher, or just share a general interest in heritage and history, our doors are open to you. The new space enhances accessibility, unites our collections, and provides a more welcoming atmosphere for all who visit.

Anyone is welcome to stop by during our open hours to see the updates or explore our temporary exhibits. However, we strongly encourage researchers to schedule an appointment(link is external) to ensure that staff are available to provide assistance.

We are incredibly grateful for the support generous donors, NDSU, and the Germans from Russia community throughout this renovation process. Come visit us soon!

Regular hours: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
Hours are subject to change, please check our homepage or schedule an appointment to ensure we are open.
