| dc.description.abstract | This thesis will create a natural food co-op in a town devastated by natural disaster. The design of this building will utilize a site with an existing structural failure in Greensburg, Kansas, left behind after the rebuilding effort. After a disaster like a tornado, people look for the familiar in their surroundings and lifestyle, and when that cannot be achieved, the only thing left is more emotional devastation. The
