Abstract
This project deals with the wind, one of the most familiar phenomenon that affects our outside activity. When in the summer, the breath under the tree will give to your comfortable break time. However, the wind suddenly gets strong energy, perhaps damage you by hitting trash cans for example. So in this project, I set the goal as how to treat such big power source to the city and citizens’ benefit.
