| dc.description.abstract | As a thesis project, I propose the design of a wildlife rehabilitation
and environmental education center. It will be located
in Marine on St. Croix, Minnesota. Wildlife will be cared for
in this therapeutic space after which they will be returned to
their habitats. At the same time the center will create opportunities
for the public to learn about the environment and
the species that inhabit them. By doing this project I hope to
discover as much as I can about caring for wildlife and what
I can do architecturally to enhance their environment as well
