Through this thesis project I addressed Fargo, North Dakota’s growing population that demands housing for individuals of all income levels. I proposed an active adult community located in downtown that will provide seniors with housing that promotes a healthy active intellect and community unity within itself and the city. I feel that developing in the downtown area will encourage a more diverse population and will create a strength among residents to support each other promoting an active, high quality of life.en_US
