Dan and Zoe McGrew (3 leaves) concerning the Hill Farm, its buildings, the house, a dam built by Walter Hill and altered by Maurice Florance, the farm after the Florance family purchased it, and Dan's purchase in 1948. Also includes typed copies of newspaper clippings about the sale of the Hill Farm, McGrew's own farm being sold to his hired man, Steve Boychuk, and the McGrew's 25th wedding anniversary.

Abstract Typed summary of interview (8 leaves) with Leonard Sackett concerning the Hill Farm at Northcote, Minn., family history article and newspaper clippings on the Florance Farm at Hallock, Minn., and a poem entitled "The pioneers" by his father Edward. Hill Farm (also known as Northcote Farm) was owned by James J. Hill, later by his son Walter. Most of the original Hill Farm was taken over by Edward Florance Jr. and son Maurice. Florance Farm was strictly grain farming, no livestock was owned.
