Abstract Typed genealogy of the Carl and Betsy Carlson family.

Abstract Photocopy of handwritten and typed originals. The first list is a chronological record of burials in the county cemetery, beginning in 1903 and ending in 1934; a map of the cemetery is included. This list gives name, age, and occasionally, cause of death. Many of these burials were from the Cass County Poor Farm located in the same area. The other list begins with burials in 1947 and goes through 1984. It gives name, date of burial, age, and funeral home in charge of arrangements.

Abstract Official records of marriage licences issued and recorded in Cass County from 1877 through 1944. A searchable database is available to all names in the records.

Abstract Correspondence; excerpts from diary (1892-1909) of George L. Dunning, laborer and farm superintendent of Amenia and Sharon farm; genealogical material; term papers; biography of Eben Whitney Chaffee by W.C. Hunter; two interviews with H.L. Chaffee; and brochures relating to Oriente, a community planned for Nicaragua, of which E.W. Chaffee was president.

Overview This collection contains correspondence between Delbert and Michael Miller, Dillman Family Group Sheets, Lesmeister Family Group sheets, Lesmeister family documents and photo copies, and copies of pages 74-124 hand written including family and farm notes.

Abstract Photocopy of typed transcription (5 leaves) of taped reminiscence (1964) concerning life in Norway, the family's decision to emigrate, building their house, rebuilding the barn, threshing, mail delivery to Daglum, N.D., his parents, Albert L. and Thea Gurine Ingebritsen Jacobson, his wife Eleanor Olson Jacobson, and his moving out of and returning to North Dakota. Some genealogical material included.
