The Norene Roberts Photograph Collection was accessioned as part of her papers that she donated to the Institute for Regional Studies in 1995. Those papers have been processed as Manuscript 190. The collection contains 407 photographs in color and black & white. Most if not all were taken by Ms. Roberts. Most but not all of the prints have corresponding negatives. Norgaard and Berg Genealogies

Abstract
Typed copies of two genealogies, compiled by Mr. Norgaard, on Ole and Agnette (Gulbranson) Norgaard, and Ole and Kristine (Halvorsdatter) Rødningen, all Norwegian immigrants who settled in Newburgh Township, near Hatton, N.D. The Norgaard family emigrated from Hallingdal, Norway in 1860, arriving in N.D. in 1880. The Berg family emigrated in 1873 from Etnedal, Valdres, Norway. Descendants of Ole and Kristine Rødningen took the surname Berg; Aagot Raaen is a descendant of the Berg family.

The Norma Zimmer National Fan Club newsletters are complete from 1978 to 2012. The newsletter was issued quarterly. They vary as to length; however they consistently include a message from Frances Young (president/director) and from Norma Zimmer. They also include photographs of Norma, her family and other members of the Welk musical family. In addition there are occasional poems and other writings as well as new fan club members, and upcoming Welk performances.

Contains two small photos of a young girl. A Pressing of a four-leaf clover, three ledgers, and two pocket diaries/journals as well as Typed copy of a poem about Jasper B. Chapin, referred to as the "Father of Fargo," written in 1896 by N.C. (Norman C.) Morgan after Chapin's death. Poem appeared in the Aug. 12, 1911 Fargo Forum & Daily Republican.

Scope and Contents
The North Dakota 1889 Constitutional Convention Autograph Book is a cloth-covered album (12 x 20 cm.) in which on separate pages seventy-one of the seventy-five delegates signed their name, together with their town and sometimes county of residence. Some delegates also included the date of their signature, including August 13 and 16, 1889.
