The Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Handicapped has a mobile app called BARD Mobile. It is a free, web-based service that provides access to thousands of braille and talking books, magazines, and music scores. For more information visit That All May Read or call 1888-NLS-READ
The National Library Service also provides music textbooks, scores, and reference materials, in large print and braille, and loans special playback machines needed to use audio materials.
