Town House Motor Hotel
The Town House Motor Hotel was built in approximately 1961-2. The 114-room facility was located across the street from the Fargo Civic Center auditorium at 301 3rd Avenue North.
In 1994, the hotel became the River Inn, and in 1996 it became the Super 8 City Center. In 2000, it became a Quality Inn, and about 2004 a Howard Johnson.
The hotel has been home to several restaurants and bars through the years including, Embers Lounge, Fireside Room Restaurant, Downtown Club, Mosquito Landing and Sidestreet Grille & Pub.
