Abstract
This project aims to answer the question, through the utilization of the appropriate learning environment, can children learn how to improve the nutritional health of themselves and their families? The solution will be addressed with a children’s health education center in Fargo, North Dakota where the children will learn from and about the environment. The project is led by the idea that when given the opportunity to investigate the natural environment as a place of learning, children gain knowledge of the role the human body plays in it and the state of nutritional health that follows.
