He recounts his earliest memories of growing up in the Wilton-Wing, N.D. area, his father's life before coming to the United States in 1902; the family's other homes in Minneapolis and Annandale, Minn., Hecla and Aberdeen, S.D.; and finally circa 1924 moving to Fresno and Los Angeles, Calif. Mrs. Hamburg also recounts some of her childhood memories.en_US
