Abstract
Mr. Sachs, interviewed by his sister Alice Hamburg, discusses the lives of his parents, Herman and Hannah Sachs, and himself. He recounts his earliest memories of growing up in the Wilton-Wing, N.D. area, his father's life before coming to the United States in 1902; the family's other homes in Minneapolis and Annandale, Minn., Hecla and Aberdeen, S.D.; and finally circa 1924 moving to Fresno and Los Angeles, Calif. Mrs. Hamburg also recounts some of her childhood memories.

Danielson," recounting the life of his Swedish immigrant parents, Erick and Lovisa Danielson, who came to the United States in 1866 from Narkes Lane, Varmland, Sweden and to the Painted Woods area in 1879 to homestead, and on his life to about 1910; and two newspaper clippings.
