LibQUAL+ Survey
January 21, 2021

In our efforts to continue to provide excellent service to the NDSU community, the Libraries are conducting a survey utilizing a well-known and proven assessment tool, LibQUAL+. LibQUAL+ is designed specifically for libraries to assess service quality in three dimensions: Affect of Service, Information Control, and Library as Place. For each item, users indicate their minimum service level, desired service level, and perceived service performance. The results of the survey will provide a baseline snapshot of Libraries’ services now and allow us to see how our services are developing over time as we repeat the survey in the future.

The survey will be distributed to a random sampling of faculty, staff, undergraduate, and graduate students on February 8th and run through March 12th. It should take no more than a few minutes to complete. Email addresses will be kept confidential and will not be linked to responses. Students that complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for an Amazon gift card.
