Abstract
Carbon copy of typescript letter of F.E. Gillett to A. Ross of the North Dakota Agricultural College dated April 9, 1921 in which Gillett reminisces about his life, in particular working for a rancher in South Dakota, claiming to have been near the Battle of the Little Big Horn in 1876. Worked as a horse trader and eventually settled and farmed near Esmond, N.D. The other letter is from R.A. Corbett to Lorne Wilde of April 26, 1921 in which he forwards the Gillett letter.
