Several items from the Hanson Mechanical Trade School, a vocational training school that operated at 65 3rd Street N. in Fargo, have been donated to the Institute for Regional Studies Archives collection. The items belonged to Gary Vaagen, who graduated from the school in 1966. They were donated to the archives by his daughter. A booklet produced by the school has been digitized and can be viewed on Digital Horizons. Besides the booklet, the donation also included the school’s general bulletin, course list, and Mr. Vaagen’s diploma.
