The book From Fjord to Flatland: A History of the Myrah, Velo, and Knudson Families, but Betty Knudson Roberts, has been a
dded to the Institute for Regional Studies Archives book collection. This family history follows three Norwegian families, the Myra and Velo families who immigrated from Hadeland, Norway; and the Knudson family from Hordaland, Norway. The families came to America and settled in Spring Grove, Minnesota, and then to Clifford, North Dakota. The 217 page book is detailed with numerous photographs, maps and charts, and has a complete alphabetical index in the back.
